A potentially painful competition is on its way to a popular Back Bay restaurant this evening.
According to their Facebook event page, Poe's Kitchen at the Rattlesnake on Boylston Street is going to celebrate the launch of the Ghost Chili Margarita Challenge with a "Ghost Chili Margarita Challenge Kick-Off" from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The challenge starts with contenders signing a waiver, then being given sixty minutes to finish a ghost chili margarita and return the glass with "nothing but ice remaining." Participants who are able to finish the margaritas will be given Brooklyn Chocolate Stout ice cream and a champion t-shirt, and they will also be given a spot in the "Wall of Glory" album on the Poe's Kitchen Facebook page.
