Buffalo Wild Wings to Open in Brockton

A chain of casual restaurants and sports bars continues its expansion into the Boston area, with a third location soon opening south of the city.

According to a job post within the Craigslist site, Buffalo Wild Wings (which is also known as BW3) is planning to open in Brockton and is currently looking to hire people for a variety of job positions. Once it opens, the new BW3 will join existing locations in Saugus and Danvers (there is also an outlet on the Leominster/Fitchburg line). Based on information from an earlier Enterprise article, it looks like the restaurant will open at the Westgate Mall.

[May 1 update: According to a Twitter post sent to us, it looks like Buffalo Wild Wings will be opening in Brockton on Monday (May 6).]

Buffalo Wild Wings first started out in 1982 in Ohio and now has nearly 900 locations across the country. The chain features both traditional chicken wings and boneless wings along with a number of other dishes including sandwiches and flatbreads.
