A coffee shop near North Station is closing its doors, though its business will remain in operation.
According to a poster within the Friends of Boston's Hidden Restaurants Facebook group page, Equal Exchange Cafe on Causeway Street is shutting down, with a note out front saying that is will be closing on Monday, September 30. The note does say that the Equal Exchange cooperative will continue to work with cafes and food retailers, showing a list of a few places in the Boston area in which their products can be found.
Equal Exchange Cafe first opened in the North Station/West End area of the city 11 years ago.
