A short-lived pizzeria in the northern suburbs of Boston has shuttered, but a popular local group of Mexican restaurants is expanding into the space.
According to a message sent by The Passionate Foodie, Gabriella's Italian Pizza in Melrose is now closed, with Tenoch planning to open a new location in the Main Street space. A Patch article confirms this, saying that signs are already up for the new spot, while an earlier post from the Patch mentioned that Gabriella's was closed and papered over as of last week, though it is not known the exact closing date for the pizzeria (Gabriella's first opened in the fall of 2018).
Other locations of Tenoch can be found in Boston's North End, Medford Square, and Davis Square in Somerville.
