A trio of Greek restaurants will be expanding once again, with two more outlets on the way to Boston this spring.
According to a source, Saloniki is planning to open in the Back Bay followed by another on the eastern edge of Beacon Hill, with an article from boston.com saying that the former will be coming to the former Steve's Greek Cuisine space on Newbury Street while the latter will be coming to the corner of Beacon Street and Tremont Street. The two new locations, which both plan to debut in April, will join other locations in the Fenway along with Cambridge's Central Square/MIT area and Harvard Square, though the new restaurants will not be serving alcohol.

[August 31 update: According to a press release, the Beacon Hill location of Saloniki is planning to open on September 15, while the Back Bay outlet plans to open on September 28.]
[October 14 update: A check on its website confirms that both new locations of Saloniki are now open.]
