Update: The Lobster Shanty, Atlantico, Select Oyster Bar Reopen After Closing for the Winter; Bonez Brothers BBQ Has Closed

Two more restaurants in the Greater Boston area have shut down for the winter, while two other Boston spots are getting ready to do the same.

According to several sources along with posts on social media from the places, The Lobster Shanty in Salem and Bonez Brothers BBQ in Quincy are now shuttered for the season, and Atlantico in Boston's South End and Select Oyster Bar in the Back Bay (which are under the same ownership) will be going into hibernation at the end of business hours on Saturday, November 28. The four dining spots join an increasingly-large number of restaurants in the region that have shut down for the winter as the pandemic continues, with many of them planning to remain closed until a vaccine and/or therapeutic makes things more conducive for business. (Just yesterday, a number of hibernation announcements were made here.)
